How should I store the harvest?
Cool, dark, dry. Saffron keeps two years in its tin. Walnuts and almonds keep six months in the pantry, twelve in the fridge, eighteen in the freezer.
How fresh is fresh?
We ship within four weeks of the harvest reaching our facility in Srinagar. Every jar carries a harvest date, not a manufacture date.
Can I include a note?
Yes. Every gift box ships with a hand-scribed note in ink. Add the message at checkout — up to 240 characters.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatched from Srinagar within 48 hours. India: 3–5 working days. International: 7–12 working days, tracked door-to-door.
What if something arrives damaged?
Write to hey@rawkashmir.com within 7 days with a photo. We replace the parcel or refund in full — your choice, no questions.
