No questions, no noise.
If a parcel arrives less than perfect, write to us within fourteen days. We will collect, refund or replace — whichever you prefer.

Refunded to the original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded when the return is due to us.
Exchangeable, not returnable.
Personalised gift boxes cannot be refunded, but we will happily exchange for another treasure of equal value.
